The Browns announced their undrafted free agent signings Friday morning just a few hours before they were scheduled to hold their first practice of rookie minicamp at CrossCountry Mortgage Campus in Berea.
The group of UDFAs is composed of six offensive players and six defensive players.

West Florida safety D’Anthony Bell
Transferred to West Florida in January 2019 after a season at Butler Community College…Prior to Butler Community College, spent a year at Albany State…Won a National Championship with West Florida in 2019…Had two interceptions and four pass breakups to go along with 54 tackles and two forced fumbles in his senior season. …Native of Covington, Ga. and prepped at Alcovy High School.

Miami wide receiver Mike Harley Jr.
Finished his career as the Hurricanes’ record holder for career receptions (182) and single-game catches (13)…His 182 career catches surpassed Reggie Wayne for his career catches mark…Added 2,158 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns for his career…Started 32 of 60 games played for Miami…Ended the 2021 season as the team’s second-leading receiver in every category with 57 catches for 543 yards and five touchdowns… Named to All-ACC Third Team in 2020 after setting career highs in every receiving category, including 57 receptions for 799 yards and seven scores. …Native of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School.

Washington State wide receiver Travell Harris
Totaled 179 catches for 1,999 yards and 17 receiving touchdowns in 43 games at Washington State University…Returned 86 kickoffs for 2,063 yards and a touchdown, as well as 21 punts for 158 yards…Primarily handled both return duties during much of his career…Tallied 76 catches for 814 yards and nine touchdowns as a redshirt senior in 2021, which ranked him third in the PAC-12 in both catches and yards and second in touchdowns…Named to the All-PAC-12 second team in 2021 and garnered PAC-12 honorable mention accolades three times, twice as a kick returner and once as a receiver. … Attended Jesuit High School in Tampa, Fla…Lettered four years in track and football.
Virginia Tech center Brock Hoffman

Louisiana State defensive tackle Glen Logan
