Cleveland Browns announce they signed 12 undrafted free agents

The Browns announced their undrafted free agent signings Friday morning just a few hours before they were scheduled to hold their first practice of rookie minicamp at CrossCountry Mortgage Campus in Berea.

The group of UDFAs is composed of six offensive players and six defensive players.

Here is the official list announced by the Browns with information about each player provided by the team:

West Florida safety D’Anthony Bell

Transferred to West Florida in January 2019 after a season at Butler Community College…Prior to Butler Community College, spent a year at Albany State…Won a National Championship with West Florida in 2019…Had two interceptions and four pass breakups to go along with 54 tackles and two forced fumbles in his senior season. …Native of Covington, Ga. and prepped at Alcovy High School.

Appeared in 21 games for Delta State and tallied 68 total tackles, five TFLs, 10 interceptions, 29 pass breakups and two forced fumbles and fumble recoveries…Transferred to Delta State after spending two seasons at Southwest Mississippi Community College…Part of the Statesmen defense that led the Gulf South Conference in total defense (309.2 yards per game), rush defense (122 yards per game) and sacks per game (2.7) in 2019…Led the Gulf South Conference and NCAA Division II with a career high nine interceptions in 2019. …Full name is Julius "Junior" Faulk…Born in Tylertown, Miss. and prepped at Salem High School, lettering in basketball and football.

Miami wide receiver Mike Harley Jr.

Finished his career as the Hurricanes’ record holder for career receptions (182) and single-game catches (13)…His 182 career catches surpassed Reggie Wayne for his career catches mark…Added 2,158 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns for his career…Started 32 of 60 games played for Miami…Ended the 2021 season as the team’s second-leading receiver in every category with 57 catches for 543 yards and five touchdowns… Named to All-ACC Third Team in 2020 after setting career highs in every receiving category, including 57 receptions for 799 yards and seven scores. …Native of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School.

Washington State wide receiver Travell Harris

Totaled 179 catches for 1,999 yards and 17 receiving touchdowns in 43 games at Washington State University…Returned 86 kickoffs for 2,063 yards and a touchdown, as well as 21 punts for 158 yards…Primarily handled both return duties during much of his career…Tallied 76 catches for 814 yards and nine touchdowns as a redshirt senior in 2021, which ranked him third in the PAC-12 in both catches and yards and second in touchdowns…Named to the All-PAC-12 second team in 2021 and garnered PAC-12 honorable mention accolades three times, twice as a kick returner and once as a receiver. … Attended Jesuit High School in Tampa, Fla…Lettered four years in track and football.

Virginia Tech center Brock Hoffman

Played in 35 career games with 34 starts…Earned multiple honors his senior year, including a 2022 East-West Shrine Bowl Invite and an All-ACC Honorable mention…Started all 11 games at center for Virginia Tech in 2020…Helped the Hokies lead the ACC in rushing with 240.1 yards per game…Earned All-ACC Academic Team honors...Selected as ACC Offensive Lineman of the Week twice in 2020…Began his collegiate career at Coastal Carolina, starting all 12 games at right guard and was part of an offensive unit that ranked fourth in total offense in the Sun Belt. …Became the first true freshman to start at center in program history (since 2003)… Hails from Statesville, N.C.

Appalachian State cornerback Shaun Jolly

Finished his collegiate career with 45 games played (34 starts)…Started at cornerback for three seasons, totaling six interceptions (two returned for touchdowns), 25 pass defenses, 112 tackles, 6.5 TFLs and two forced fumbles…Received first-team honors in the from the Sun Belt conference 2019-21…Tied for the Sun Belt lead with five interceptions in 2019…Tied for first place in the nation with two picks returned for touchdowns in 2019…Returned interceptions for touchdowns against Coastal Carolina (24 yards) and Georgia State (30 yards). …Native of Stone Mountain, Ga. and attended Stephenson High School…Father played football at Middle Tennessee, while his brother ran track at Georgia and sister played soccer at Alabama.

Coastal Carolina linebacker Silas Kelly

Concluded his career at Coastal Carolina with 44 starts in 49 games played…Notched 340 total tackles, 10 sacks, two interceptions, eight passes defensed, two forced fumbles and two recovered fumbles in his career…Two-time co-captain and the 2020 Mayo Clinic Comeback Player of the Year…Four-time All-Sun Belt selection, earning first-team honors in 2021, second-team accolades in 2020 and honorable mention recognition in 2017 and 2018. Led Coastal Carolina with 80 tackles and added 6.5 TFLs, five sacks, an interception and a fumble recovery in 2021. …A member of the President's List (4.0 GPA) for the 2019 and 2020 fall semesters and 2019 spring semester…Native of Mount Airy, Md. and attended South Carroll Senior High School.

Louisiana State defensive tackle Glen Logan

Played in 51 career games with 37 starts, posting 110 tackles and seven sacks…Played in six games as a super senior in 2021 after missing the first six games of the season with a foot injury…Started all eight games in which he appeared in 2020 and recorded 17 tackles…As a junior in 2019, was a key contributor on the defensive front, playing in 12 games and making 20 tackles and 1.5 sacks, including a half-sack in LSU’s win over Clemson in the national championship game. …Played in 13 games with 10 starts in his sophomore year in 2018 and recorded his highest tally for a single season with 46 tackles…As a redshirt freshman in 2017, he played in 12 games with two starts…Redshirted as a true freshman in 2016…Native of Kenner, La.

Florida Atlantic tight end Zaire Mitchell-Paden

Spent the first part of his college career at Division II Notre Dame College, prior to playing at Florida Atlantic in 2021 as a graduate student…Played in 12 games at Florida Atlantic, catching nine passes for 85 yards and a touchdown…At Notre Dame College, caught 90 passes for 1,206 yards in four seasons. … His best year was his junior season, hauling in 53 passes for 573 yards and six touchdowns…Member of the MEC Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2019…Attended Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, Md., where he also played basketball and ran track.
