Cavs fans with playoff priority will receive first shot at purchasing tickets for the post-season beginning Thursday.

Members of Cavs United, the team’s season ticket package group, have access beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday and those with a Cavs United profile will be able to purchase up to six tickets per transaction on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning at noon. Tickets to the general public, should any be available, will go on sale at 10 a.m. at cavs.com/tickets on Friday.

Those interested in getting access to playoff tickets can do so by purchasing a Cavs United membership package for next season or those who create a Cavs United profile and will be allowed to purchase any remaining tickets throughout the team’s playoff run.

Depending on the length in the best-of-seven there could be four home playoff games in the first round.

The Cavs own home court advantage and the first two games of the (2-2-1-1-1) formatted series will be played at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
