Cleveland County COVID-19 vaccine tracker: 46% of people fully vaccinated

Some 46% of people living in Cleveland County are fully vaccinated as of Nov. 30, according to data from North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention considers someone fully vaccinated two weeks after they've been given a single-dose shot (Johnson & Johnson) or a second shot (either Pfizer or Moderna).

North Carolina reported 1,534,005 total cases of coronavirus, an increase of 0.80% from the week before.

The five counties with the highest percentage of their population fully vaccinated in North Carolina as of Nov. 30 are Dare County (72%), Orange County (72%), Wake County (69%), Durham County (67%) and Brunswick County (64%).

Here are the latest numbers on COVID-19 vaccinations in Cleveland County as of Nov. 30:

  • 58% of people in Cleveland County have received at least one dose of the vaccine, for a total of 56,812 people

  • 46% of people in Cleveland County are fully vaccinated, for a total of 44,561 people
