  1. Clinton Hill's COVID-19 positivity rate is over 8 percent–about double that of the city-wide average of 4.8 percent. Cases are on the rise overall throughout the city. (Patch)

  2. Speaking of COVID, masks are still required, for now, on New York City's public transit, including the MTA's Metro North and Long Island Railroad, despite a federal judge's ruling on Monday that struck down a federal mandate. Masks are no longer required on New Jersey Transit. (New York City Patch)

  3. Joe Lockhart, the former Press Secretary for President Bill Clinton, is selling his Brooklyn Heights townhouse for $10.5 million, according to a listing on StreetEasy. Lockhart had previously bought the Willow Street property in 2019 for $8.99 million. (New York Post)
