Clippers win on two-out, RBI single in the bottom of the ninth
Saturday's game: Clippers 4 vs. Saints 3
Recap: After three innings, St. Paul was up 3-0 against the Clippers, but Bobby Bradley started a comeback that was capped by a Franmil Reyes' RBI single with two out in the bottom of the ninth. Bradley was the first Columbus batter to get to Saints pitching. His single scored Nolan Jones in the fourth inning. Jones had two runs on the night. Bradley would also record a sacrifice fly in the eighth. Designated hitter Reyes, on injury rehab from the Cleveland Guardians, finished the game in dramatic fashion. Also working his way back from injury, James Karinchak struck out three in 1 1/3 innings of work. It was Yohan Ramirez, who threw one inning and struck out two St. Paul batters, credited with the win.
