As more and more people receive the COVID-19 vaccination and the country continues to lift restrictions, it finally seems that there is a light at the end of what has been a very long and dark tunnel. That said, some states are far closer to being fully vaccinated than others, according to the latest data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

As of June 15, the CDC says a total of 145.8 million people in the United States have been fully vaccinated, which is about 43.9 percent of the country's population.
