List: Cleveland Museum of Art among several closings

(WJW) – A winter storm closed schools across Northeast Ohio Friday morning.

The area is seeing a lot of closures outside of schools, so call ahead if you are headed out.

Here’s a short list of some of the closures that have come into the FOX 8 Newsroom.

  • All Cuyahoga County Public Libraries

  • Baldwin-Wallace University

  • Cleveland Institute of Art

  • Cleveland State University

  • Elyria Public Library System

  • Rocky River Public Library

  • University of Akron

  • Cleveland Museum of Art will close at 3 p.m. and will reopen Saturday at 10 a.m.

This is just a small number of the closures across the area.

Another ODOT plow struck: 10th plow hit recently

Some drivers have reported white-out conditions with limited visibility.
