After closing in 2020, Bayshore's Sur La Table will return to the mall this spring
Sur La Table, a kitchen supplies and culinary store that closed nearly half its locations during the pandemic in 2020, is returning to Bayshore.
The retailer will reopen at its location at 480 W. Northshore Drive after closing in 2020 due to the pandemic, Bayshore said in a news release Wednesday.
In 2020, Sur La Table filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and announced it would be closing 51 of its 121 stores. The Bayshore location has been vacant since Sur La Table closed in 2020.
The location will offer cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, kitchen electrics and bakeware, as well as provide cooking classes, according to the release.
Sur La Table was founded in Seattle, Washington, in 1972. The Glendale location is the retailer's second store in Wisconsin.
