Coast & Main coming to former Plum Asian Kitchen location in East Side

A major new dining option is coming to the busy intersection of Highland and Centre at the East Side development.

The owners of Coast & Main, which has developed a following after opening at Monroeville Mall nearly four years ago, are teaming with new partners Herky Pollock and Lisa Acquaviva Pollock to bring a new location of the Pacific Northwest inspired restaurant to the former Plum Pan Asian Kitchen space at 5996 Centre Ave.

“We think that the East End is ripe for a steak and seafood restaurant with small plates,” said Pollock.

Pollock and his wife Lisa are partnering on the new restaurant after he, as an executive Vice President for CBRE, had been representing the East Side development for lease, adding Coast & Main to his restaurant ventures that also include Burgatory and the new Shorty’s Pins X Pints.
