Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre to have Overture Gala on Aug. 5

Jul. 13—The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, 2800 Cobb Galleria Parkway in the Cumberland area, will have Overture Gala on Aug. 5 at 5 p.m.

The evening will feature gourmet food, a live auction with big-ticket prizes, entertainment from a featured 2022 Shuler nominated high school, followed by a performance from ABBA The Concert: A Tribute to ABBA.

Emmy Award-winning broadcast journalist and TV anchor Monica Pearson will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies. Proceeds support the ArtsBridge Foundation's arts education, outreach and financial aid subsidy programs that serve K-12 students throughout the state of Georgia.
