Coburn Gallery to feature creations by Ashland U art department faculty

The Coburn Gallery will feature works by faculty members from the Ashland University Department of Art + Design in its latest exhibition, which opens Thursday with a reception from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Gallery admission is free and open to the public. The exhibition runs through Sunday, Feb. 19.

This is an annual exhibition and “highlights the two-dimensional and three-dimensional works of the current faculty as professional artists exhibiting in their prospective area,” according to Cynthia Petry, director of the Coburn Gallery. She also noted in a news release, “The department faculty pursue active studio careers in addition to the teaching endeavors.”

The exhibition features works by Keith Dull, Sarah Esposito, Priscilla Roggenkamp, Dan McDonald, Cynthia Petry, Emily Bartolone and Michael Bird.
