Cohen: Mosby 'needs to comply with the administrative order'

The Baltimore City Council is meeting Monday evening for the first since the Baltimore City Board of Ethics ruled council President Nick Mosby violated city ethics law. As the 11 News I-Team first reported Friday, six City Council members signed a letter urging Mosby to comply with the board's order to return money collected by a legal defense fund created to benefit he and his wife, Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby. The letter says, in part, "We write to express to you our dismay at the ethics board's findings ... For the sake and morale of both the public and the City Council, we ask that you immediately and fully comply with the order."
