Cold case: Crime Stoppers seek information on 1980 fatal stabbing in Washington County

Crime Stoppers is asking the public for information on a fatal stabbing that happened over 40 years ago in Washington County.

The stabbing happened on June 11, 1980.

Police said that Eda Mae Jarvis, 53, was stabbed 17 times in the chest and was found lying in the middle of a road in Nottingham Township.

No suspects or leads were ever identified.
