There's a cold front in the area. Hard to tell in NOLA where we had a high of 78. That's 14 degrees above the average. Cooler weather moves in overnight. We also have a Dense fog advisory posted through 6 in the morning. The greater risk of fog will be closer to the Coast where we have an onshore flow. Lows will be in the 40s and 50s. Highs Wednesday will be cooler in the 50s to low 60s. A strong cold front moves our way Thursday with a low risk for severe storms and locally heavy rain. The cold front moves through with colder and windy conditions Friday. Skies clear Friday. Highs upper 50s. Cold Saturday morning. Light freeze or frost Northshore with lows low 30s.
