Allison Ruby and Kirsten Theriault, knowledgeable professionals with a strong understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding customer service, have joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage at the Autumn Hall office in Wilmington.

Ruby and Theriault have extensive experience assisting in New Hanover, Brunswick and Pender counties.

“Kirsten and I met last year and quickly realized that we had a complementary set of skills, experience and knowledge that would ultimately benefit our clients,” Ruby said. “With that, Team Ruby was born.”

Theriault has a master’s degree in gerontology and experience helping investors with rental properties. Moving into the residential sales arena, she has found that her experiences in scouting properties, interior design concepts, and knowledge of property valuation helps her clients achieve their goals.

Ruby has excelled by leveraging the insights gained from a long and extremely successful career in the hospitality industry, spanning more than 25 years. She also has a talent for analyzing and negotiating contracts.

Born in the same hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y., Ruby and Theriault also recently launched a local bakery.
