Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage hires UNCW grad; promotes Alex Paen
Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage recently announced the hiring of Laura Keeter, and the promotion of Alex Paen.
Keeter, a University of North Carolina Wilmington graduate, has joined the Wilmington office.
Initially licensed in 2016, Keeter began her real estate career in Western North Carolina, where she quickly realized that providing a client with a successful closing is a team effort. To further her knowledge of real estate and ensure that her clients receive the highest possible standard of support and service, Keeter earned the At Home with Diversity designation.
Committed to serving the community where she lives and works, Keeter is actively involved with Samaritan’s Purse, a humanitarian aid organization. She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her lab Luke, and her friends and family when she isn’t busy helping her clients.
Having a successful track record with the company spanning more than 20 years, and named director of business development in early 2021, Paen has been promoted to vice president-director of business development.
Paen embarked on his real estate career in 2001 as a sales associate with Coldwell, where he quickly built and led a successful team of agents for 11 years. He then transitioned to the role of managing broker for the company’s largest office.
As the director of business development, Paen has leveraged this knowledge to help agents reach their potential and identify a niche in real estate aligned with their individual skills and strengths.
