Details: According to the investigation, Viktor Skoblikov, the director of the Kherson water utility Vodokanal, ordered that special equipment be sent to help the Russian army. This enabled the Russian invaders to set up defensive positions around the regional centre. Skoblikov also forced his subordinates to participate in rallies for the Russian occupation regime.

Oksana Minyaylo, who was appointed as the acting chief physician of the Belozersk Primary Healthcare Centre by the occupation authorities, is suspected of collaborating with the Russian occupiers. In particular, she promised to "work diligently to create a positive image of the occupation authorities", and also offered to employ doctors from the Russian Federation and Crimea. Both officials have been accused of treason.

The Security Service of Ukraine has also issued a notice of suspicion on law enforcement officer Yehor Kuzakov, who was appointed the head of the Nova Kakhovka Department for Combating Economic Crimes by the occupation authorities. According to the investigation, he was actively engaged in disrupting the sowing campaign in Kherson Oblast and intimidating farms. He is accused of collaborating with the occupation authorities.

Quote: "At the height of the sowing season, he confiscated seed material and mineral fertilisers from them [farmers]. He justified his actions by alleging that the farmers had failed to comply with the proper conditions for storing fertilisers and grain."
