March 30, 2020: Reebok has enlisted Japan retailer Mita Sneakers to give its Zig Kinetica sneaker a new look. The collab was executed with a space exploration theme, delivered in all-over orange reminiscent of a NASA space suit. The Mita Sneakers x Reebok Zig Kinetica arrives April 3 via Reebok.com and will retail for $130.

March 27, 2020: Kork-Ease has teamed up with Anthropologie for a collection of sandals inspired by the shoe brand’s ’70s styles. The series of looks includes the Krisjana, a four-inch heel style, and the Walda and Wausau sandals, both made with sustainably sourced pine wood platform bottoms. The trio of looks is available on Anthropologie.com and select retail partners for $175. According to Tom McClaskie, creative director for Kork-Ease, “It has been an awesome experience seeing this collaboration come together. Kork-Ease shoes are iconic and rich in history and having our brand DNA show through in this collection was essential.”

March 23, 2020: Keds and Rifle Paper Co. are partnering for the seventh time for a limited-edition collection that reintroduces vintage ’60s styles from Keds’ archives, including the Champion lace-up sneaker and d’Orsay styles. For the line, Rifle Paper Co. co-founder Anna Bond found inspiration in spring florals, Florida citrus and bright colors for a series of patterns based on hand-painted illustrations she created for the paper line. The series includes 13 women’s styles retailing from $60-$120, in addition to two kids’ styles featuring Rifle’s ladybug and dog motifs, retailing for $40–$45. March 9, 2020: Minnetonka taps jewelry and accessories brand Tuleste for a fall-ready collaboration, blending Minnetonka’s signature leather styles with standout creations from Tuleste. In addition to hats and bags for women, the collection includes two new footwear iterations. The Star Struck Kilty Plus moccasin is priced at $90 and will come in marigold, maroon, brown and black; for $150, the Starry Night Juniper boot features a furry lining in a brown suede upper. Both pairs feature star-studded detailing inspired by Tuleste’s jewelry. The collection is set to be released in September 2020 and will be available on MinnetonkaMoccasin.com and at select retailers.

March 6, 2020: Sperry has released a must-have collab for spring ‘20 under its premium Sperry Cloud name in partnership with New York-based clothing company Rowing Blazers. The two labels worked together to produce a trio of Rowing Blazers x Sperry Cloud Cup sneaker colorways, which Sperry said are inspired by its original Cup Sailing sneaker from the ’80s. The predominantly white sneakers feature hits of color and technical elements from the original look such as perforated action leather on the uppers as well as padded tongues and collars. The Sperry x Rowing Blazers collab is available now via Rowingblazers.com, Sperry.com and at the Rowing Blazers Clubhouse in New York in unisex sizing with a $140 retail price.

March 2, 2020: Teva and fashion retailer Opening Ceremony are joining forces for a three-style collection. Inspired by urban explorers, the designs have a futuristic feel, incorporating neons and metallics. The first of the three drops, the Hurricane Sock, is a hybrid model that takes the socks-with-sandals trend to new heights with an upper knitted from Lurex yarns, complete with adjustable straps. The unisex style is available beginning on March 5, and retails for $150. The second drop consists of two styles: a Flatform Universal and Hurricane XLT2 Gladiator, to be released next month. All styles are sold on Teva.com and Openingceremony.com, and at Opening Ceremony stores and other select retailers globally.

March 2, 2020: Reebok taps Gigi Hadid to front its new Ree:dux spring ’20 collection. The capsule includes revamped iterations of classics including the brand’s iconic Club C sneaker and OG Classic Leather silhouette. The new takes feature bright pops of cobalt blue and hot pink with metallic accents across the white leather uppers, all modeled in the campaign by longtime brand ambassador supermodel, Hadid. The styles both retail for $75 and are available for purchase now online at Reebok.com and in select stores.

March 2, 2020: Onitsuka Tiger has joined forces with makeup brand Shu Uemura for a new sneaker collaboration. The two Japanese labels came together for a collection that will feature the Onitsuka Tiger’s popular Delegation Ex silhouette, a style reminiscent of heritage pairs from the 1960s; the uppers are inspired by cosmetics with their glossy enamel and contrasting smooth leather with vivid red accents for an urban athleisure feel. Shu Uemura will also launch five new makeup products featuring the Onitsuka Tiger stripes and similar colorways to the sneaker. Both the sneaker and makeup products launch online at OnitsukaTiger.com and in stores on May 1.
