‘College Hill: Celebrity Edition’ set to film at New Orleans HBCU

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Season three of “College Hill: Celebrity Edition” is set to be filmed at a Historically Black College/University in New Orleans.

Six known comedians, musicians, actresses, athletes and reality stars will join the student body at Xavier University of Louisiana.

The show features the day in the life of an everyday HBCU college student, from financial aid to the completion of the degree. The students will be followed from dorm to class as they navigate the adventures of being a college kid.

University leaders took to social media to express their excitement.

“Xavierites! Class is in session! We are excited to announce the star-studded cast of the upcoming season of ‘Celebrity College Hill,’ which will be filmed right here at #XULA.”

Season one of the show was filmed at Texas Southern University and season two was at Alabama State University. The prior seasons included celebrities like Big Freedia, Ray J., Stacey Dash, Amber Rose, NeNe Leaks, Lamar Odom and others.

Joining the season three cast are Tamar Braxton, Saucy Santana, Angela White (Blac Chyna), Nick Young, Claudia Jordan and Karlous Miller.

The kickoff date for the season has not been released.
