GEORGIA TECH

ATLANTA, Georgia – Shawn Campbell of Louisville received his master of science in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. Campbell was among more than 4,500 undergraduate and graduate students to be presented a degree in Spring 2022.

COLUMBUS STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Mary Lombardi of Louisville graduated from Columbus State Community College during the May 13, 2022, spring commencement ceremony.

MIAMI UNIVERSITY

OXFORD, Ohio – The following area students were awarded degrees from Miami University during Spring 2022 commencement:

• Miguel de Peralta of Alliance, bachelor of science in Kinesiology and Health; bachelor of arts, Kinesiology, Psychology.

• Lettie Mitchell of Alliance, Summa Cum Laude with university honors, bachelor of science in business; master of accountancy.

Dean’s lists

MUSKINGUM UNIVERSITY

NEW CONCORD, Ohio – Amanda Martin of Alliance was named to the academic merit list for Spring 2022 at Muskingum University. The list includes undergraduate degree-seeking students who started the semester as a part-time student (minimum load of six completed hours) and earned a term GPA of 3.60 or higher.

EDINBORO UNIVERSITY

EDINBORO, Pennsylvania – The following area students were named to the dean’s list for Spring 2022 at Edinboro University – Megan Marie Reed of Salem, an early childhood and special education major; and Sophia R. Depew of Uniontown, an exercise science. Students who are named must maintain a quality point average of 3.4 or higher on a minimum of 12 semester hours of credit with no grade lower than a C in any course.

WHEATON COLLEGE

WHEATON, Illinois – The following area students were named to the dean's list for Spring 2022 at Wheaton College – Jay Patsch of Paris Township; Josh Treadway of Canton; and Grace Snavely of Navarre. To be named, undergraduate students must carry 12 or more credit hours and achieve a GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

JOHN CARROLL UNIVERSITY

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio – The following are students were named to the dean’s list at John Carroll University for Spring 2022.

College of Arts and Sciences – Anthony Cilona of East Canton; and Cooper Stockman of Salem.

Boler College of Business – Joseph Bellamy of East Canton; and Ian Pierson of Columbiana.

ROCHESTER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

ROCHESTER, New York – Maggie Novak of Alliance, a student in the photographic and imaging arts program, was named to the dean's list at Rochester Institute of Technology for the spring 2022. To be named, full-time undergraduate students must achieve a GPA of 3.4 or higher with at least 12 credit hours.

FLORIDA TECH

MELBOURNE, Florida – Alexander Anderson of Hartville was named to the dean’s list for Spring 2022 at Florida Institute of Technology. To be named, students must complete 12 or more graded credits in a semester with a GPA at least 3.4.

CLARION UNIVERSITY

CLARION, Pennsylvania – Jocelyn Buchheit of Columbiana was named to the dean’s list for Spring 2022 at Clarion University. To be named, students must achieve a GPA of at least 3.5.

BUCKNELL UNIVERSITY

LEWISBURG, Pennsylvania – Andrew Roseberry of Malvern was named to the dean’s list at Bucknell University for Spring 2022. To be named, a student must earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0.
