College Roundup: Adrian women's soccer shuts out Olivet
ADRIAN — The Adrian College women's soccer team took care of business Saturday as it beat Olivet in Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association play, 4-0.
The Bulldogs (5-3-2, 1-1 MIAA) led 2-0 at the break and added another two goals in the second half.
AC dominated the Comets, outshooting them 26-3 overall and 11-2 on goal.

ADRIAN — The Saints picked up their first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference win of the season in a homecoming match with the Cardinals.
After a scoreless first half, SHU (3-5, 1-2 WHAC) broke onto the scoreboard in the 82nd minute.

Coach Thoughts
Drew Crawford, SHU: It was a little ugly today but we found a way to get the point that we needed. Especially coming off five losses in a row, those were tough losses. It was very good for the team to get this win. Hopefully, it will propel us forward, to be better and get more points to work our way up the table.

EAST LANSING ― The Adrian College men's and women's teams competed at the Pre-National meet, which is not a team scoring event.
The top women's runner for AC was Emme Koutz in 158th while Robert Diebold took 115th on the men's side.
