Sep. 25—Oleksandr Bruno scored twice in the first half, and the Mustangs (4-0-2) remain unbeaten while dealing the Bobcats (5-1-1) their first loss of the season in Auburn.

Former Lewiston High School player Abdirahman Daud set up Bruno's first goal, which was cored seven minutes into the match. Abdifatah Yussuf assisted on the second goal in the 29th minute. Central Maine Community College goalie Arnaud Nyagasaza stopped all six shots he faced.

Paul Smith's goalie Steven Donnelly made 11 saves.

The Beavers scored a pair of second-half goals to down the Badgers in Farmington.

Aric Belanger scored off an assist from Yusuf Mohamed eight minutes after halftime, and Cassidy Pound added an insurance goal with less than five minutes left for UMaine-Farmington (2-2-1, 2-1-0 North Atlantic Conference).

Lisbon grad Jonah Sautter made three saves in goal to secure the shutout for the Beavers, while Pat Austin stopped five of seven shots for Northern Vermont-Johnson (1-5-1, 0-3-0 NAC).

Fynn Hayton-Ruffner scored twice as the Mammoths (5-1-1, 1-1-1 NESCAC) beat the Bobcats (3-3, 0-3) in Lewiston.

Ciaran Bardong and Alec Szwarcewicz scored for Bates. Ben Clark-Eden also scored for Amherst.

Audrey Fletcher scored on a penalty kick as the Beavers played to a draw with the Badgers in Farmington.

The Monmouth graduate's goal came in the second half to put University of Maine at Farmington (2-5-1, 1-1-1 North Atlantic Conference) on the board. Northern Vermont-Johnson's (0-4-3, 0-1-2 NAC) Emma Buonanno also scored in the second half.

Oak Hill grad Paige Gonya made one save for the Beavers, and Isabel Atkisson stopped nine of 10 shots for the Badgers.

Central Maine's Lakyn Hink scored off an assist from Monmouth Academy graduate Mya Sirois 3 minutes, 40 seconds into the contest. Paul Smith's Katrien Roefs evened the score with an unassisted goal 11 minutes later.

Mustangs goalie Emma Knowles stopped six shots, while Bobcats goalie saved one of the only two shots she faced.

Spencer Fetter completed 19 of 25 passes for 229 yards and two touchdowns as the Bantams (2-0) beat the Mules (1-1) in Hartford, Connecticut.

Tyler Dinapoli rushed for 130 yards and a touchdown on 29 carries for Trinity.

Andrew Boel completed 18 of 31 passes for 205 yards for Bowdoin. He also rushed for 24 yards and a touchdown. Liam Wholey also had a rushing TD for the Polar Bears.

Arsen Shtefan rushed for 83 yards and three touchdowns as the Pride (2-2) beat the Eagles (1-3) in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Elijah Garnett had 47 yards rushing and a touchdown for Husson.
