Colorado State at Boise State football: How to watch on TV, stream

After early stumbles it looks like the Boise State football team has found its footing again.

The Broncos started the season 2-2 after going 7-5 a year ago. Included in those two losses was an ugly blowout defeat to UTEP.

Now it's clicking. Boise State has won three consecutive games and is a leading contender to play in the Mountain West title game.

Colorado State started even slower, with an 0-4 nonconference slate, but the Rams are now 2-1 in league play as they head to The Blue Saturday to face the Broncos.

The 5 p.m. MT kickoff will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1. Here's what to know about the game and how to watch and listen online.

When/where: 5 p.m. MT Saturday, Oct. 29, at Albertsons Stadium on campus at Boise State.

How to find Fox Sports 1 (FS1):

The broadcast team on the FS1 is Adam Alexander (play-by-play) and Devin Gardner (analyst). It is a remote broadcast, with the announcing team calling the game from a studio in Charlotte.

How to listen on the radio:

  • The CSU broadcast is available on KUAD 99.1 FM, ESPN 1600 AM (Denver), SiriusXM channel 971/381 and the TuneIn app.

  • CSU's radio team will be Brian Roth (play-by-play), Ricky Brewer (analyst) and Marty Cesario (reporter)

Betting line: Boise State is a 24.5-point favorite, according to Tipico Sportsbook. The line opened at 27.5.

Saturday's weather in Boise: The high for the day is 56 degrees but a sunset of 6:39 p.m. will come in the middle of the game, likely near halftime. The overnight low will be 34 degrees. Partly cloudy skies and light winds.

Attendance: Albertsons Stadium has a capacity of 36,387. The Broncos are averaging 36,323 fans per game through three home games and Saturday's game is expected to be a sellout.

Coaches: CSU is coached by Jay Norvell, who is in his first year leading the Rams. He's 35-31 in five-plus seasons as a head coach and 2-5 at CSU. Boise State is led by second-year coach Andy Avalos, who is 12-7 all-time.

Team records: CSU is 2-5 overall and 2-1 in Mountain West play. Boise State is 5-2 overall and 4-0 in MW play and the Broncos are first in the Mountain Division.

Last week: CSU won 17-13 at home against Hawaii. Boise State won 19-14 at Air Force.

Series: CSU is the only Mountain West team without a win against Boise State, with the Broncos holding an 11-0 all-time record in the series. Boise State won the matchup last year 28-19 in Fort Collins.
