Columbus Clippers rally in ninth inning to top Indianapolis Indians

Wednesday's game: Columbus 10, Indianapolis 7
Recap: The Clippers scored four runs in the ninth inning to top the Indians 10-7. Indianapolis broke a 6-6 tie in the eighth when Miguel Andujar walked with the bases loaded, scoring Josh Bissonette. In the top of the ninth, Columbus' David Fry, Tyler Freeman and Zack Collins delivered RBI singles. Collins was 3 for 4 with a home run and four RBIs, raising his batting average to .391. Freeman was 2 for 5 with three RBIs. Richie Palacios and Micah Pries also had two hits apiece. Caleb Simpson (1-0) pitched a hitless final 1⅓ innings for his first win of the season.
