PEORIA — If you're looking for something to do this Thursday, swing by the Peoria Civic Center for a few laughs when Chelsea Handler's comedy tour comes to town.

The comedian known for her standup comedy and her days as a late night talk show host is sure to bring a smile to your face with her first tour since the comedy special "Revolution" marked her return to Netflix in 2022.

Who is Chelsea Handler?

Handler is a comedian, television host, New York Times best-selling author and advocate, according to a release.

She spent seven years as the late night talk show host of E!’s "Chelsea Lately," launched a documentary series "Chelsea Does" and a Netflix talk show "Chelsea" in 2016.

Handler has written six books, five of which have reached No. 1 on the New York Times Bestseller list. She also launched an iHeart Radio advice podcast "Dear Chelsea" in 2021. Later that year, she won “The Comedy Act of 2021” at the People’s Choice Awards.

When is Chelsea Handler coming to Peoria, Ill.?
