Decorated comedian and actor David Cross — who starred as Tobias Fünke in TV sitcom “Arrested Development” — is scheduled to perform a stand-up comedy show in Happy Valley this summer.

Cross, also a writer and director, is set to appear 8 p.m. June 16 at The State Theatre in downtown State College as part of his Worst Daddy in the World Tour. Member tickets for the 18-and-older show go on sale Thursday, with tickets to the general public made available Friday.

Tickets are listed at $50, and a VIP Meet & Greet with Cross is $152. “Hang out, chat, mingle and scat backstage” as part as the meet-and-greet, per The State Theatre’s website, or “even secretly pluck one of his lucky beard hairs and take it home with you and perhaps it will grant you a wish!”

Cross’ comedy tour was first announced in mid-December but, earlier this week, the tour was extended with more than a dozen new shows added — including in State College. Cross is set to perform three times in Pennsylvania: during a sold-out May 5 show in Philadelphia, June 16 in State College and June 17 in Pittsburgh.

The tour wraps up June 24 in New York.

“This is easily my sexiest, most erotic material ever,” Cross wrote on Facebook. “This is NOT for kids!!!”

Cross’ most well-known role might’ve been as Fünke, the self-diagnosed “never-nude” on “Arrested Development,” which lasted 84 episodes, won six Primetime Emmys and garnered a cult following. But he also boasts more than 100 movie/TV credits, in addition to five comedy albums, two of which were nominated for Grammys.

He won an Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series for his work on “The Ben Stiller Show.” And his hourlong comedy special in 1999, “David Cross: The Pride is Back,” ranked No. 19 on Rolling Stone’s 2015 list of the 25 Best Stand-Up Specials and Movies, putting him ahead of a special from Mitch Hedberg but just behind shows from Robin Williams and Dave Chappelle.
