Comedian Katt Williams is bringing “The Dark Matter Tour” to Charlotte’s Bojangles Coliseum on Saturday, Jan. 27.

The rapper, actor and comedian went viral on Wednesday, Jan. 3, for his insights on fellow comics Cedric the Entertainer, Steve Harvey and Rickey Smiley, which he shared on the “Club Shay Shay” podcast.

  • Williams said that Cedric the Entertainer stole his best joke in the 1990s. “This is not just a random joke. This is my very best joke and it’s my last joke, and it’s my closing joke,” Williams said, according to USA Today.

  • Regarding Rickey Smiley, Williams wanted to set the record straight regarding roles the two of them played in the “Friday After Next” movie. He said Smiley previously gave misinformation to podcast host Shannon Sharpe.

  • As for Steve Harvey, Williams accused “The Steve Harvey Show” creator of stealing the show’s idea from comedian Mark Curry, reported USA Today.

Williams has been performing comedy since 1999, and he began acting in 2002 in both television shows and movies. He’s appeared in “NYPD Blue”, “Scary Movie V”, “Father Figures” and more. In addition to being one of the country’s top touring comedians, he has several standup specials, including the recent “Katt Williams: World War III,” on Netflix.

Tickets for Katt Williams: The Dark Matters Tour are available via Ticketmaster. Remaining seat prices start at $64.
