Top stand-up comedians coming to Phoenix in 2023: John Oliver, Gabriel 'Fluffy' Iglesias
John Oliver will perform live at Arizona Financial Theatre in downtown Phoenix on Monday, July 24, as part of the John Oliver Live Tour.
Oliver is the host and producer of HBO’s “Last Week Tonight With John Oliver,” which has won 23 Primetime Emmys, five Writers Guild of America awards, two Critics’ Choice Television Awards, four Television Critics Association Awards and two Peabodys.
From 2006-2013, he was a correspondent on “The Daily Show” and won three Primetime Emmys for his writing on the show.
Tickets will be available starting with local presales beginning Tuesday, May 23. Additional presales will run throughout the week ahead of the general on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 24 at ticketmaster.com.
Other comedy tours scheduled to hit metro Phoenix in the coming months include Chelsea Handler and Trevor Noah, both of whom are performing at Arizona Financial Theatre.

Gabriel 'Fluffy' Iglesias at Footprint Center in downtown Phoenix
Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias will bring his Don’t Worry Be Fluffy Tour to Footprint Center in downtown Phoenix on Nov. 24.

Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias is among the world’s most successful stand-up comedians. He recently became the second-highest-grossing touring comedian and is among the most watched comedians on YouTube with more than 1.1 billion views. He also has more than 25 million fans on social media.
Iglesias was included in the Hollywood Reporter’s “Top 40 Comedy Players” issue alongside comedy giants Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Lorne Michaels. Last year he also was honored with the cover of Variety’s comedy issue. He’s one of the few comedians to sell out Madison Square Garden.

Award-winning comedian Iliza Shlesinger is bringing her Hard Feelings World Tour, which features all new material, to Arizona Financial Theatre in downtown Phoenix on Sept. 29, 2023.

Chelsea Handler tour coming to downtown Phoenix
Grammy-nominated comedian, TV host, best-selling author and advocate Chelsea Handler will bring her Little Big Bitch Tour to Arizona Financial Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023.
This run follows her successful Vaccinated & Horny Tour, which saw her perform more than 115 shows while garnering a People’s Choice Award for Best Comedy Act. The Vaccinated & Horny Tour marked Handler's return to standup after a six-year hiatus and was taped for Handler's latest special, "Revolution," now available for streaming on Netflix.

Jon Lovett's Lovett of Leave It: The Errors Tour at the Van Buren
Lovett or Leave It: The Errors Tour brings Crooked Media podcast host and former Barack Obama speechwriter Jon Lovett to the Van Buren on Thursday, Nov. 30, for a comedy variety show.
Lovett and a motley crew of comedians, actors, journalists, politicians and queer icons will dive into the latest chaos in news and pop culture while raising money to fight trans bans and protect trans kids.
