QUINCY — Learn about backyard birds and bird feeding at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 1 at the Thomas Crane Public Library, 40 Washington St. Mass Audubon will give a free, illustrated lecture on backyard birds and bird feeding with a focus on the birds seen in the winter at their feeders, in and around Quincy. Exhibit of watercolors on display at Scituate gallery

Winter birding hotspots to be revealed in virtual session

NORWELL — Explore the ways birds adapt to winter and learn local winter birding hotspots at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2 in a virtual session with the North and South Rivers Watershed Association. Unicorn Singers perform Broadway revue to benefit homeless children

HINGHAM —Sally Davenport and The Unicorn Singers of Hingham will present a fun-loving revue of Broadway favorites to benefit homeless children in Boston. The program takes place at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 12 at Hingham Congregational Church, 378 Main St. Proceeds will benefit Horizons for Homeless Children. Tickets are $35 in advance and can be purchased at bcc-us.org or by calling 781-749-7826. Proof of vaccination and mask will be required at the concert.
