Coming to Johnson County’s Oak Park Mall: New retail, sports lounge, juicery, spa

Overland Park’s Oak Park Mall is getting several new tenants.

Fresh Cane Juicery will sell fresh, healthy fruit juices and mocktails with no added syrups or sugars. The local owners plan a May opening.

Gearhead Outfitters, an active lifestyle brand based in Jonesboro, Arkansas, will open its first area location this fall. Brands will include Chaco, Patagonia, The North Face and Yeti.

Grace + Linen, a women’s boutique with “fun, fashionable and affordable clothing and accessories,” is scheduled to open in June. Owner Nicole Cain opened a location in Manhattan, Kansas, in September.

SoftMoc will open its first area store this fall. The company, based in Canada, offers brand names in footwear for men, women and children including Crocs, Dr. Martens, Heydude, Merrell, Sorel and Sperry. Company officials couldn’t be reached for comment.

Skin Health & Wellness Spa will specialize in face and body solutions using advanced technology. It plans to open later this month.

Previously announced tenant

AME Golf & Brew Lounge plans a May opening. It will feature a sports lounge with craft beer and appetizers, TVs playing sports and two full-size golf simulators. It also will have an indoor patio in front where customers can watch mall shoppers, and it will have sports memorabilia on the walls available for purchase.

Recent opening

B. Royal Boutique, a women’s fashion and lifestyle brand in sizes XS to 3X, opened in mid-March. It also sells handcrafted jewelry, designer jewelry, designer footwear, accessories and gifts. Owner Tonya Winston opened a Manhattan, Kansas, location in November. She started the boutique as a pop-up.

Oak Park Mall is at 95th Street and Quivira Road in Overland Park. It has more than 150 stores, boutiques and eateries.
