Comings & Goings: New grocery store, hair salon, solar company, more coming to York County

A new family-owned grocery store is coming to York County.

The owners Weaver’s of Wellsville, which has been operating since its 1889 founding, will open the new store, called Locals' Market, at 200 North U.S. Route 15 in Dillsburg. Aside from grocery store options, the new Locals' Market will also have a sandwich shop and a mezzanine area.

The 6,500-square-foot market is currently being built by ECI Construction, based in Dillsburg. They broke ground in July 2023. It is expected to open in March.

Langan Financial: 3405 Board Road, York

Langan Financial, a financial services firm, is opening a new office in York County, according to a news release.

The expansion is part of a partnership with The Manufacturers’ Association, a regional nonprofit industry trade organization, to offer a multiple employer retirement plan to manufacturers and members of the Association.

Langan Financial Group’s York financial adviser office will be available to any individual or organization interested in meeting with them. They will continue to offer financial planning expertise including retirement planning, wealth management, investment planning, small Business retirement plans and executive compensation plans.

Trinity Solar leased 16,610 square feet of industrial space from Fairview Industrial Park.

Mercury Electronics has leased 27,000 square feet of industrial space in Manchester.

Springettsbury Township

Cornerstone Laundry: 3755 E. Market St., York

Cornerstone Laundry leased 1,640 square feet of retail space from Stony Brook Real Estate.

West Manchester Township

Beauty Systems Group: 2150 White St., York

Beauty Systems Group, a beauty and salon supplies wholesaler, leased 3,000 square feet of retail space from Carlisle Commerce Center.
