NAI Sullivan Group reports these real estate transactions

  • Bark at the Moon paid $1.3 million for 20 acres at 300 NE 70 to IPX as Qualified Intermediary for Series G, as a separate series of Glacier Properties, LLC. Bob Sullivan, with NAI Sullivan Group, handled the transaction.

  • AHA Trade Inc. paid $900,000 for a 2,800-square-foot retail building on 0.63 acre at 115 Westminster Road, Midwest City, to Shri Balaji LLC, for use as a convenience store. Samuel Dunham, with NAI Sullivan Group, handled the transaction.

  • Austin and David Julian leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space at 5925 NW 37 from 1st Auto Care LLC, for use as The Works Paint and Collision shop. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen, with NAI Sullivan Group, handled the transaction.

  • Sit and Sleep LLC leased 18,672-square feet of industrial space at 3920 NW 39, Suite B, from Mazroei Capital LLC, for use as warehouse/equipment storage space, showroom/interior storage space and retail sales of mattresses and furniture. Shams and McQueen handled the transaction.
