∙ CP Management LLC paid $3.5 million to 31st/70 LLC for a 72,950-square-foot industrial building at 317 NE 31. Brett Price, Kris Davis and Karley Harper with Newmark Robinson Park represented the seller.

∙ 3Q22 Partners, LLC purchased 10,180-square-foot office at 2012 S Post Road in Midwest City for $2,050,000 from J Lou Properties LLC. Brad Rice with Newmark Robinson Park represented the seller and Eric Fleske with Fleske Holdings Co. represented the buyer.
