• SCA Holdings LLC paid $1.85 million to OK River Warehouse LLC and Central Avenue Warehouse for 19,000 square feet of industrial space at 1405 and 1425 S Central Ave. Brett Price, Kris Davis and Karley Harper represented the buyer and Robert Williams with Interwest represented the seller.

• Vaquero 5930 OKC Partners LP paid $1.3 million to Western Charm LLC for 0.76 acre at 5930 Northwest Expressway, Warr Acres. Michael Rapella, Danny Ojeda, and Jay Cohlmia with Newmark Robinson Park represented the seller and Kendra Roberts with SHOP concepts represented the buyer.

• Xella Properties LLC paid $1,272,500.00 to Disciples Realty LLC for 8,272-square-foot Crown Heights Office Center at 1024 NW 47. Brad Rice represented the buyer.

• Cox Automotive Mobility Solutions Inc. leased 387,000 square feet of space at 6801 S Sunnylane Road. Brett Price, Kris Davis and Karley Harper with Newmark Robinson Park represented the landlord and Jason Hammock with CBRE represented the tenant.

• PODS Enterprises expanded to 72,536 square feet of space leased at 6601 S Air Depot. Price, Davis and Harper represented the landlord and Allan Meadors with Cushman represented the tenant.

• Autism Learning Collaborative LLC leased 3,500 square feet of space at 428 W 15th St., Edmond. Brent Conway with Newmark Robinson Park and Ben Renaud with JLL, Atlanta, represented the tenant and David Lide with Equity Realty represented the landlord.

• GBC Enterprises LLC leased 2,800 square feet of space at Greenway Plaza Shopping Center, 11649 S Western Ave. Jim Rose with Newmark Robinson Park handled the transaction.
