∙ RJR Investments paid $1,525,000 to Jenjon Properties for an 11,753-square-foot industrial warehouse on 1.12 acres at 4624 SW 20. CBRE's Chris Zach and Randy Lacey handled the deal.

∙ 3Q22 Partners paid $1.1 million to PLR Real Estate Investments LLC for an 11,070-square-foot industrial building at 1734 NW 1. space to 3Q22 Partners for $1.1 million. CBRE's Jason Hammock, Caitlin Mazaheri and Joe Summers represented the seller.

∙ Jett Distributing paid $980,.000 to Coterra Energy Inc. for a 6,400-square-foot industrial building on 12.4 acres at 3503 Jensen Road in El Reno. Hammock, Mazaheri and Summers handled the deal.

∙ Rampart Realty Holdings paid $750,000 to GTA Investments for a 9,380-square-foot industrial building at 4004 W 10th St. in El Reno. Zach and Lacey handled the transaction.
