NAI Sullivan Group reports these real estate transactions

· M&R United LLC paid $950,000 to Egg Harbor Properties for an 8,748-square-foot industrial building at 520 N Meridian Ave., for use by a soda distribution company. Amir Shams and Zac McQueen, with NAI Sullivan Group, provided brokerage services to the buyer. Chris Johnson, with Keller Williams, provided services to the seller.

· RJR Investments LLC paid $400,000 to CGA Properties LLC for a 6,000-square-foot industrial building at 2804 SE 59. Bob Sullivan, with NAI Sullivan Group, represented the seller. Randy Lacey, with CBRE Group, represented the buyer.

· R&B Turf and Tree Inc. leased 7,820 square feet of industrial space at 814 Overhead Drive from Laminin LLC. Shams and McQueen handled the transaction.

· OK Beauty LLC leased 2,635 square feet of retail space at 3424 S Boulevard in Edmond from Farsi LLC, for a beauty supply store. Shams and Nathan Wilson, with NAI Sullivan Group, handled the lease.

· Anova Home LLC sub-leased 23,700 square feet of industrial space at 711 NE 39 from Terry's Acquisition Co. LLC, for a corporate office and as a hub for solar equipment installation, storage and distribution. Shams and McQueen handled the transaction.

· Ernesto Sanchez leased 1,500 square feet of retail at 212 Littler Ave. in Edmond from HCJ Properties LLC, for a Mexican restaurant. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson, with NAI Sullivan Group, provided brokerage services to both the tenant and landlord.

· Sugar Llamas leased 1,475 square feet of retail space at 12501 S Western Ave., Suite E, from 4D Future Investments LLC, for a dessert bar specializing in coffee, mini doughnuts and ice cream. Sam Walter and Dirk Erdoes, with NAI Sullivan Group, represented the landlord. Candice Swim, with Walman Commercial, represented the tenant.

· Royal House Partners Plumbing Division leased 9,180 square feet of industrial space at 927 SW 6 from Sheral Bishop Becerra Living Trust. Shams and McQueen represented the tenant. Ryan Gilliland, with Adept Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord.

· Dolgencorp LLC leased 9,626 square feet of retail space at 6339 SW 3, Suite B, from Westgate Marketplace Developers LLC, for a pOpshelf location. Hartnack and Swanson represented the tenant.

· Vapor Maven OK LLC leased 1,988 square feet of retail space at 1800 S Air Depot Blvd., Suite D, in Midwest City from KDKGP LLC, for a vape shop. Hartnack, Swanson and Wilson handled the lease.
