CBRE Group reports these commercial real estate transactions

∙ RJR Investments sold a 36,396-square-foot portfolio of warehouses on 10.38 acres at 6100 S Bryant Ave. to Conrad Holdings LLC for $3 million. CBRE's Chris Zach and Randy Lacey represented the seller.

∙ DSRD Investments LLC sold a 19,875-square-foot industrial building on 4 acres at 1200 S Eastern Ave. to Webster Development LLC for $1.6 million. Zach and Lacey represented the seller.

∙ The Virginia L. Toby Living Trust sold a 6,989-square-foot portfolio of buildings on 2.38 acres at 5712 SW 29 to L.R. Toby Trucking for $600,000. Zach and Lacey represented both parties.

∙ The Virginia L. Toby Living Trust sold 17.01 acres zoned for industrial use at SW 29 and MacArthur Boulevard for $755,000 to Ronald L. Toby. Zach and Lacey represented both parties.

∙ Valley Floral Co. LLC leased 12,700 square feet office-warehouse space from Settco Inc. at 301 N Rhode Island Ave., Suite 108. Zach and Lacey represented the tenant.

∙ Lovett Properties LLC paid Four Score Properties LLC $2,800,000 for a 15,920-square-foot retail property, Boulevard Square, at 3431 S Boulevard, Edmond. George Williams and Paul Ravencraft handled the transaction.

∙ Robinson Renewal Partners LLC paid 1141 North LLC $2,300,000 for a 37,770-square-foot office property at 1140-1141 N Robinson Ave. Derek James and Aaron Diehl handled the transaction.
