Brad Austin Builders LLC paid $200,000 to RJR Investments LLC for 1.06 acres of commercial land at 9025-9033 S Bryant Ave. Chris Zach and Randy Lacey, with CBRE, represented both parties in the transaction.

Regal Plastic Supply Co. Inc. rented 6,300 square feet of space from W.R.&D. LLC at 7424 Melrose Lane. Zach and Lacey represented the landlord.

RW Timms Investments paid Wilks Development $5,000,000 for a 27,000-square-foot industrial building on 11.5 acres at Pro Frac at 3300 N Banner Road, El Reno. Danny River and Andrew Holder handled the transaction.

MK Storm Enterprises LLC paid Veranda Shopping Center LLC $4,820,000 for a 28,713-square-foot retail property at Shops at Veranda, at 15300 N Western Ave. Paul Ravencraft, George Williams, Ian Self and Tre Dupuy handled the transaction.

Meek Development LLC paid Newman Investments LLC $3,150,000 for 90 acres of residential land at NW 63 and Council Road. Cody Beat and Mark Patton handled the transaction.

Warren Cat leased 34,574 square feet of industrial space at 220 N Sara Road. Danny Rivera and Andrew Holder handled the transaction.
