Y&O Winona LLC paid Oklahoma Fidelity Bank $550,000 for 0.87 acre of retail land at 2203 SW 74. Everest Ernst handled the transaction.

Curious Goods LLC paid EEIII SWOKCU RETAIL LLC $280,000 for a 16,541-square-foot shopping center at 3704-3716 S Indiana Place. Aaron Diehl handled the transaction.

BHI Energy leased 11,000 square feet of industrial space at 11500 S Meridian Ave. Holder and Rivera handled the transaction.

NorthCare renewed a lease for 9,752 square feet of office space at 5208 Classen Circle. Diehl handled the transaction.
