· Plasser American Corp. of Chesapeake, Virginia, has leased 133 acres with 10,956 feet of rail line at Erick from Badger Mining Corp. of Berlin, Wisconsin. Erick is 145 miles west of Oklahoma City. The facility is served by Clinton-based freight service Farmrail System Inc. Plasser American manufactures rail maintenance equipment and will use the Erick site as its equipment maintenance facility for North American operations. Bob Sullivan and Clark Everett with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to both the landlord and the tenant.
