Gerald L. Gamble Co. Inc. reports these real estate deals by Gerald Gamble

∙ John R. Colbert Real Estate Holdings LLC bought an 11,400-square-foot retail building at 4141 W Reno Ave. under lease to Santa Fe Co., a rustic and Western furniture store, for $1,278,816. The seller was Fossil Creek Properties LLC, managed by Richard Keebler who is owner of Santa Fe Co. Title services were provided by Chicago Title of Oklahoma.

∙ Scannell Properties 621 LLC, a real estate development and investment company, paid $2.1 million to Chesapeake Land Development Co. for 25 acres in the 800 block of W Wilshire Boulevard, to build three distribution warehouses. American Eagle Title Co. provided title services.

∙ Colt Grid LLC paid $1.71 million to RT Morgan Properties LLC, Tom Roe manager, for 23 acres on N Morgan Road north of W Reno Avenue, to develop for industrial uses. First American Title Insurance Co. provided title services.

∙ Soil Recovering Inc. paid $600,000 to Singer Bros. and others for two tracts totaling 6 acres on the north side of Hefner Road east of N Pennsylvania Avenue. Title services were provided by Chicago Title of Oklahoma.

∙ Meme Hardikoesoemo paid $450,000 to Singer Bros. and others for 2.8 Acres on N Pennsylvania Avenue north of W Hefner Road, to develop for retail uses. Title services were provided by Chicago Title of Oklahoma.

∙ Millcreek Carpet & Tile Co. leased a 35,000-square-foot warehouse at 820 SW 3 from the Jeaneen Naifeh 2010 Irrevocable Trust.

∙ Creative Plumbing Services Inc. leased a 7,500-square-foot warehouse and office building at 2709 S Vermont Ave. from Naifco Realty Co.

∙ Industrial Conrad Fire Equipment Inc. leased 9,450 square feet of industrial space at 808 N Virginia Drive. Brett Price, Kris Davis and Karley Harper with Newmark Robinson Park represented the tenant and Randy Lacey with CBRE represented the landlord.

∙ GM Industrial Supply LLC leased 12,832 square feet of industrial space at 3502 N Cimmaron Road, Yukon. Price, Davis and Harper represented the landlord and Sarah Colls with Metro First Realty Group represented the tenant.

∙ 5 Star donuts KA LLC renewed a lease for 1,200 square feet of retail space at Greenway Plaza Shopping Center, 11807 S Western Ave. Rose represented the landlord.
