A Touch of Scandinavia Annual Christmas Bazaar, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Bethesda Lutheran Church, 204 5th St., Carlton. The Women of Bethesda present the annual event, which will feature lunch, lefse, baked goods, a craft table, next-to-new items and a silent auction.
Churchill Holiday Expo, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Churchill Elementary School, 515 Granite St. Cloquet. The event will include more than 100 vendors, coffee and goodies from Bearaboo Coffee Escape, breakfast and lunch available from local Scouts, free parking and a shuttle. Admission is $5 per person.

Take and Create Art Kits, available Dec. 4-30 at Carlton, Cloquet and Moose Lake public libraries. Free art experience created by 321 Art Studio includes supplies to make four toys: yard doll, string/button spinner, swing-and-catch cup, and craft stick catapult. Instructional videos for each toy will be shared in the kit and online. Geared toward ages 6 and up.
