Dec. 17—Calhoun County Commissioner Danny Shears has invited residents of the Choccolocco and Dearmanville area to attend a community meeting to discuss the smell situation.

When — Tuesday, Dec. 20, at 5:30 p.m.

Where — Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church at 8947 Choccolocco road in the fellowship hall.

Topic of discussion — Shears brings in Code Enforcement Officer Reggie Stewart to address the issues of the bad smell in the area, inform the public about what is currently being done, and allow residents to voice any further concerns.
