A company is making a Corpus Christi Monopoly. Here's how to submit locations for the game

Always dreamed about owning the Selena statue? Or maybe you'd buy North Beach?

You're in luck.

Top Trumps is working on a Corpus Christi Monopoly game and wants to know which local locations you'd like to see on the board.

Top Trumps, a company that makes card games and has released other city editions of Monopoly, including a San Antonio board, hopes to immortalize the Sparkling City by the Bay with an official Monopoly board game.

The company's other city edition Monopoly games cost $39.95 online.

Until March 9, Corpus Christi residents can voice which local properties and locations they think deserve a space on the board by emailing corpuschristi@toptrumps.com, according to an announcement from the company.

Every single space on the game board will be a Corpus Christi location. If a suggestion isn't used as a space on the board, it could be featured in another way in the game, Xitlalt Herrera, CEO of creative agency X Level Inc., said.

This isn't the first board game to feature Corpus Christi.

In 2018, a Monopoly-like board game called "Corpus Christi-Opoly" was released and sold in local Walmarts and other local businesses. The game sold out quickly. Since then, the game has been removed from the seller's website.
