One of the biggest royal events of 2023 will be King Charles's coronation on May 6, 2023. On the first Saturday in May, King Charles III will be crowned alongside Camilla, Queen Consort in a ceremony at Westminster Abbey conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Royalty from around the world is expected to be in attendance. Here's who has confirmed their attendance at the coronation thus far:

British royals

Though Buckingham Palace has not officially confirmed the list of royals who will be at coronation, likely, the entirety of the British royal family will be there. That includes Charles's three siblings, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, and Prince Edward, along with his son, Prince William, and daughter-in-law Catherine, Princess of Wales.

It's unclear whether or not Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex will be in attendance. During the rollout of his memoir, Spare, Prince Harry said, "There's a lot that can happen between now and then. But, the door is always open. The ball is in their court. There's a lot to be discussed and I really hope that they're willing to sit down and talk about it." T&C confirmed that the Sussexes did receive an invite.

Monaco

Prince Albert and Princess Charlene were the first foreign royals to say they will be at the coronation. Albert told People, "I'm certain that it's going to be an incredible ceremony and a very moving one. We've maintained contact since His Majesty became King, but I haven't talked to him personally since the Queen's funeral. I'm certain His Majesty will add his own 'personal touches' to the ceremonies. But what those will be, I'm sure I don't know."

Japan

Japan's Crown Prince Akishino and Crown Princess Kiko will attend the coronation, the Imperial Household confirmed in early April. The Prince and Princess will stay at Claridge's, a luxury hotel in Mayfair. King Charles attended Akishino's father Emperor Naruhito's enthronement ceremony when he ascended to the Chrysanthemum Throne in 2019, and when Emperor Akihito ascended to the throne in 1990.

Denmark

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary will represent the Danish royal family at King Charles's coronation. Queen Margrethe, who was close with the late Queen Elizabeth, will not attend.

Sweden

King Carl XVI Gustaf and his daughter, Crown Princess Victoria, will attend the coronation on behalf of Swedish royals.
