Congresswoman Stansbury visits Sacred Grounds in Ruidoso

Members of the Democratic Party of Lincoln County New Mexico welcomed U.S. Congresswoman Melanie Stansbury on Saturday, May 14 at Sacred Grounds Coffee & Tea House in Ruidoso.

Stansbury is the sitting Congresswoman representing New Mexico’s Congressional District 1 (CD1). Stansbury won a special election after the Biden administration appointed Deb Haaland to Secretary of the Interior.

When the redistricting maps become official, all of Lincoln County will be in CD1 with Stansbury as the incumbent Democratic candidate running for reelection.
