Conrady promoted at State Bank of Lincoln

LINCOLN, IL—State Bank of Lincoln, 508 Broadway St., a Division of Heartland Bank and Trust Company, has promoted Dirk Conrady to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender serving Lincoln, Clinton, and surrounding communities.

Conrady is responsible for working with business customers for their lending needs.

A native of Hartsburg, Conrady graduated from Hartsburg Emden High School in 2013. He then pursued and earned an Associates of Applied Science at Heartland Community College and a Bachelor’s degree of Applied Science at Illinois State University with a concentration in Agribusiness.

Conrady began his career with the bank in 2018 as a Loan Officer. He then transitioned into a Portfolio Manager role, further developing his skills in financial analysis.

Steve Aughenbaugh, Senior Vice President and Senior Lender, Commercial Lending, said he was proud of Conrady.

“Dirk has grown professionally since joining our team in 2018. I look forward to seeing him build his reputation as a resource for trusted financial advice and community leadership,” commented Aughenbaugh.

Conrady is passionate about supporting and volunteering in the local community as a member of the Logan County Farm Bureau Young Leaders, and President Elect of the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln.

He lives in Lincoln with wife Anna and daughter Holland.
