A home in Tea sold for $1.17 million, topping the Sioux Falls area sales for the week of Jan. 30-Feb. 3.
The new construction home at 400 E. Mary Moore Drive in Tea has contemporary-style features and a gated backyard.
The second home to break the one million mark was a new construction home at 5609 E. Markham Circle. It sold for $1.02 million.
