This weekend Greater Cincinnati will see highs in the low 80s, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio. Friday's high will be near 76, which the service says is slightly below normal for early September. The next chance for rain is Tuesday.

When will it cool down in Cincinnati?

The Farmer's Almanac's long-range Cincinnati forecast predicts warmer-than-normal temperatures in September and October. Days will turn cooler after Sept. 23, the date of the autumnal equinox.

According to AccuWeather data, temperatures cooled down in the Queen City to the low 70s and high 60s after Sept. 23 last year. A National Weather Service report says temps were slightly above normal last September across the region, until the third week of the month, where they dipped below average.
