Cool kids headed for the water during long weekend

WORCESTER — Most swimming spots in the city were open for the long — and hot — holiday weekend.

Pools, beaches and a spray park — run by the city and state — provided good relief for the cool kids of Worcester.

Indian Lake Beach (staffing) and Greenwood Spray Park (maintenance) did not open as planned.
